The Ayuntamiento de Benavente through its Council of Parties, has been doing a whole series of efforts during the last decades aimed at the recognition of the uniqueness of the celebration of the Framed Bull y su modalidad o variante de los Toritos del Alba.
Para ello, ha contado con el apoyo de todos los colectivos implicados en la fiesta y del conjunto de la ciudadanía de la localidad.

Declaration of Festivals of Regional Tourist Interest
The feast of the “Bull Enmaromado of Benavente” was declared of Regional Tourist Interest by the ministry of Development of the Junta de Castilla y León by Order of February 28, 1991 (in accordance with what is established in article 6 of the Order of 23 July 1990, of the department of Development, which regulates the declaration of festivals of Regional Tourist Interest in the community of Castile and León).

Statement of the Spectacle of Bullfighting Traditional
The celebration of the “Bull Enmaromado of Benavente” was declared the Spectacle of Bullfighting Traditional for the ministry of Presidency and Territorial Administration of the Junta de Castilla y León, according to an Order of 20 June 2000.

Statement of the Bulls of the Dawn, as Festejo Taurino Traditional
The festivities called “Toritos of the Dawn” that are held within the cycle of celebrations of the Spectacle of Bullfighting Traditional “Bull Enmaromado” of Benavente, were declared Festejo Taurino Traditional by Order of 13 march 2002 by the ministry of Presidency and Territorial Administration of the regional government of Castile and León.

Declaration Municipal Intangible Cultural Heritage of the festival of the Bull Enmaromado of Benavente
Statement in Full Municipal in the year 2011 for the bullfights the Bull Enmaromado placed under the protection of the Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of UNESCO.

Declaration of Fiestas of National Tourist Interest
Efforts continue by the Municipality of Benavente, as well as of its citizens and the entire world of bullfighting in order to get the statement of Festival of National Tourist Interest of the Bull Enmaromado of Benavente.
To do this, efforts are being made for the promotion of tourism by both the city Council of Benavente through its department of tourism as by the different institutions and networks for the promotion of tourism to which it is linked Benavente (Cooperation Network of the vía de la Plata, Provincial Tourism Board, etc).
In turn, The Bull Enmaromado of Benavente is the source and inspiration artistic and creative. Around the same they carry out various Exhibitions, contests, promotions on social networks and media, publishing, merchandising, etc
